Operations And Communications Coordinator



You will be responsible to the Head of the Provost’s Office and will provide efficient support to a range of operational and communications activities within the Provost’s remit. This will include coordinating agendas, notes and action plans, preparing material for briefings, papers and presentations in advance of meetings, supporting the administration and communications of strategic projects, including action tracking, sourcing and collating information and minute writing.

You will work on planning and implementation of the Provost’s internal communications plan, planning content and monitoring social media and the website. Given the seniority of the Provost, you will act as an ambassador for both the College and the Provost and work closely with a wide pool of internal and external contacts and members of senior leadership.

Essential requirements



  • A highly organised professional with experience of providing administrative and operational support within a complex organisation;
  • A great communicator with experience of planning and preparing copy for communications materials and social media;
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and competing deadlines;
  • Tactful and diplomatic, with an understanding of the seniority of the office and its implications.

This is a full time and open ended role, and you will be based in the South Kensington Campus.
