Operations And Visual Manager

Description:

ALO is seeking an Operations & Visual Manager to join their Leeds store as a critical member of the store leadership team. This role is responsible for executing operational and visual strategies in the store to ensure efficient operations, inventory accuracy, and a visually appealing environment. The role emphasizes creating a customer-ready store while driving business performance and supporting the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Visual Leadership:

• Oversee and support execution of operational and visual processes

• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate system/process gaps

• Champion visual standards using business performance data

• Coordinate labor hours and ensure timely product delivery

• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Business Leadership:

• Collaborate with General Manager on budget, reporting, and business data

• Monitor key metrics such as expenses and sell-through

• Support quarterly business review and sales planning

• Plan workflows to protect optimal business performance

People Leadership:

• Lead and develop the Operations and Visual team

• Foster accountability, continuous coaching, and effective communication

• Establish recruitment strategy and succession planning

• Create schedules that align with business strategy and team needs

Business Partnership:

• Execute Alo Sales and Service Model deliverables

• Work cross-functionally with business partners

• Balance organizational goals with brand culture

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset and business ownership mentality

• Right to live and work in the UK

Working Hours:

• Full-time (40 hours/week, 5 days)

• Flexibility for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
