Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for Operations Coordinators to join us in our growing team in Cambridge. If you’re someone who likes to work in a fast- paced role and want to work within operations or logistics, this could be for you.

Scoober is our logistics delivery service, it now forms part of the Just Eat delivery solution, providing our restaurant partners with the capacity to deliver their delicious meals, with JET couriers.

Our operations team is responsible for the day to day running of our delivery hub. Hubs are a central location for the storage of Scoober e-bicycles, equipment and driver uniforms. It's where we coordinate the management of our existing drivers, and do the onboarding of new ones.

Both the operations team and drivers work as a team to ensure we deliver food to our customers as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring everyone has the information and equipment needed to do their job (eg; e-bikes, scooters and branded clothing)
• Resolving issues as a team to ensure our customers get their orders as quickly as possible
• Motivating everyone around you to hit the city records and meet service level agreements day by day
• Taking care of inventory and administration
• Being a friendly face and creating a nice atmosphere for the team in the hub
• Onboarding and training new employees
