Operations Coordinator

 

Description:

Reporting into the Head of Operations for our C.O.O’s office, we’re looking for a superstar Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the C.O.O office. The qualified candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational and time keeping management skills. In addition, due to the nature of the role, the candidate will be required to be flexible and available to work on occasion during evenings and weekends.

  • Produce accurate and properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints.
  • Recording minutes for a wide range of meetings with the COO and operations team.
  • Support in creating tailored and engaging presentations for the COO office
  • Responsible for sourcing gifts for Playtech customers globally
  • Maintaining an organised filing system for documents on our internal SharePoint for the Commercial Operations team.
  • Compiling research and data analysis tasks in preparation for routine reports for the COO
  • Any other tasks as reasonably required

Qualifications

  • Experienced working in the gaming industry (desired)
  • Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work concurrently on various projects with competing deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • English native or bilingual with high proficiency communication skills, both verbal and written.
