We are recruiting for Operations Hosts to join our AWESOME Madame Tussauds Team!

Fancy taking a leading role in the ULTIMATE fame experience? Truly immerse yourself in fame and taste the life of the rich and famous, through a combination of our historic artistic methods (that date back centuries, by the way!), immersive sets and pioneering modern tech.

We’re looking for Operations Hosts to join our team to help create memorable experiences for each and every one of our guests. As an Operations Host you will work across the attraction, ensuring the smooth running of our Spirit of London ride and Marvel 4D experience, and that is just for starters! This role is guest facing so naturally you will be passionate about delivering first class guest interactions, while maintaining compliance with health and safety legislation.

Operations Hosts will take ownership when working within the attraction by delivering, monitoring and maintaining premium quality standards, always aiming to deliver the finest customer service and seeking new ways to surprise and delight our guests.

Qualifications & Experience

• We’d love it if you have previously worked in a guest facing role, ideally in an entertainment, retail or hospitality function
• You will be comfortable with working in compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, previous awareness of health and safety legislation is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills and the confidence to be able to work with a high volume of guests daily
• Experience of working to a high standard within a high footfall environment is advantageous
