The NIHR GM Patient Safety Research Centre Greater seeks a full-time Operations Lead from 1st April 2023. Funding is available to undertake this post on a full-time basis, but job-share or part-time working applications would be welcome.
The University Principal Investigator and Director is Professor Darren Ashcroft. This post will be appointed in the PSRC under the line management of Karen Goodson.
The PSRC Operations Lead will take overall responsibility for the organisation and operational oversight of the PSRC, ensuring effective organisation, functioning and communication between the partners who successfully secured NIHR funding, namely the Northern Care Alliance (NCA) NHS Foundation Trust, and the Universities of Manchester, Leicester and Nottingham.
Purpose of role
The key purpose of this post is to provide high quality project management for the relevant PSTRC Greater Manchester projects, ensuring delivery of projects in a timely and rigorous fashion and to a strict timetable and budget. This will involve extensive liaison with the project team and collaborators.
