Operations Manager

Description:

The role is varied and requires flexibility. The role can be carried out on a remote working basis although there will be a requirement for occasional travel to attend certain meetings or events as requested.

Specific Duties

Logistics

● Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.

● Coordinate all customs procedures and keep abreast of any new customs legislation.

● Review freight rates and other transportation costs to maintain competitive pricing for our shipping operations by negotiating with couriers and shippers.

● Improve and maintain quality throughout the logistic processes.

Fulfilment

This is a new complimentary extension of our current offering and the successful applicant will be working directly with the Director of the company to plan and manage its implementation. Duties would include:

● Working with the director’s to develop and implement the fulfilment model across our network and to our customers.

● Helping compile user manuals, videos instruction and other material for our customers and partners.

● On boarding new customers.

● Be involved with the strategic development plan for Ezi Fulfilment.

● Liaise with the software developers to improve processes, fix bugs, etc.
