The Role:
Reporting to a Managing Director Level, the Third Party Administration (TPA) Operations Manager – Service Development will have responsibility for leveraging and applying Sedgwick`s Digital Strategy, as well as general process improvements in order to support the transformation of the TPA business.
The successful candidate will be expected to make a significant contribution to continually improving the TPA Operating Model thereby supporting a better customer journey and experience, as well as offering clients a more efficient and competitive range of services.
Performance will be measured against the delivery and implementation of new processes as well as improvements to existing, a range of communication channels for customers and supporting financial savings for the business and clients.

Key responsibilities:
To lead, facilitate and manage key projects and initiatives from an operational perspective, which support the development of the TPA service and proposition
In particular:
Growth – leading the development of new product initiatives and supporting the implementation of resource-based solutions for clients, such as the workstate management service
Efficiency – leading and identifying digital priorities which broaden customer communication channels and drive service and operational improvements
Service – supporting operational teams on service intervention initiatives in order to deliver the required improvements
Colleagues – sharing best practices, ‘stories’ and outcomes in order to secure broader team engagement with successful initiatives and developments
