Required skills and qualifications:
- Engagement Skills: Ability to engage staff and learners, supporting their ambitions and bringing fresh ideas and creativity to our operations.
- Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on staff and students’ lives through effective management and support.
- Qualifications: Hold a relevant Assessor/Verifier qualification and be a qualified IQA.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience working with awarding organizations and in educational environments. Experience in a secondary school setting would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of course structures, delivery strategies, and national and local initiatives to improve standards.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for solving operational challenges and making effective decisions to enhance service delivery.
- Communication: Excellent professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and stakeholders.
