Description:
Charity Challenge is seeking a passionate and commercially minded Operations Manager to join our ambitious and dynamic operations team. This role is integral to ensuring exceptional client management and delivering outstanding customer experiences within our adventure travel programs. You will be responsible for managing multiple itineraries and expedition departures, which may include challenges based both overseas and within the UK, depending on your experience and geographical expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on client communications post-sale, ensuring all participants receive timely and accurate information throughout their journey. You will also play a key role in safety and risk management, continuously monitoring and improving operational standards to maintain the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client communications and relationships from booking through to completion of the challenge, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Coordinate multiple adventure travel itineraries and departures within your assigned region, effectively juggling logistics and operational demands.
Implement and maintain rigorous safety and risk management protocols to protect clients, staff, and partners.
Continuously review and enhance operational procedures to uphold and exceed Charity Challenge’s standards of quality and service.
Work collaboratively within a growing operations team and provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Operations.
Organize and prioritize a varied workload, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Support the development and growth of Charity Challenge’s adventure travel portfolio by contributing operational insights and suggestions.
