Operations Manager

Description:

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager, to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is an inspirational and aspirational leader with a drive to ensure excellence for carers across London and Essex. The individual will have the ability to identify gaps in service provision and develop projects to enhance and add value to the core offer, ensuring the successful delivery of Carers Firsts aims and objectives.

To be successful you will have experience of leading and managing teams across multiple geographical areas, have a clear understanding of strategic planning and delivery with the ability to develop new ideas and initiatives.

The location for the position is flexible but candidates must be willing to work out of one of Carers First’s main offices.
