Reporting into the Head of Sales and Operations to ensure smooth supply across all channels, this is an exciting opportunity to grow and hone your skills in a in FMCG supply chain management.
The Role
- Management of the business forecast & process, working closely with sales and customers to define and maintain the most accurate forecast at SKU & Customer level across multiple markets
- Building and maintaining relationships with our customers supply chain counterparts
- Optimise supply chain efficiencies throughout the chain (supply and customer side)
- Manage relationship with our logistics providers, tracking their performance and collaborating on process improvement initiatives
- Manage both the demand and requirements planning, with the support of your operations executive.
Your main responsibilities:
- Managing and improving our supply chain
- Managing relationships with suppliers and retail customers in multiple markets
- Ensuring availability of finished goods stock and packaging
- Working closely with NPD team and suppliers to support new product launches
- Ensuring full supply chain compliance for export
- Raising import/export documentation
The role will also include:
- Supply chain finance (incl. COGs, freight and logistics) coordination with our accountants
- Involvement ad hoc projects and tasks to support our growing business as requested

- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft.

Our future Piccolo team member will have:
- 3+ years’ experience within operations essential
- Strong knowledge of logistics supply chain (ideally demand and requirement planning)
- Experience working with suppliers in multiple markets (desirable)
- A passion for operations and logistics with a real attitude towards continuous improvement
- Numbers and data driven
- Hugely efficient, great multitasking and organisational ability

Compensation details: Competitive salary dependent on experience
