Description:

Your primary objective will be to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from the company’s products and services. – Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for creating a full customer lifecycle, understanding required touch points for each onboarding and renewal journey – You will ensure processes are in place for each end user to find the information they need and be directed to the correct department for support. – Managing a small team, you will oversee the implementation, support, helpline and training departments – You will review the Account Management process looking at new customers and their onboarding, renewals and the general life journey of longer standing customers.
