Operations Manager

Be Broxbourne are looking to recruit someone to work with our joint management team across our sports facilities, John Warner Sports Centre and Laura Trott Leisure Centre. This role requires you to lead a team effectively to deliver excellent standards of customer service and cleanliness in our facilities.

• Opening and closing the building, when on shift
• Managing various teams around the building
• Product knowledge and systems
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Compliance with health and safety policy and guidelines
• Administrative duties
• Responding to emergency situations

The successful candidate will ideally hold the following qualifications or be willing to undertake:
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), Pool Plant Operators (PPO) and First Aid at work. The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English is essential in this post. The shifts cover a mixture of times including early, daytime, evening, weekends and bank Holidays. This role requires a disclosure and barring service check as it is working with children or vulnerable clients.
