Description:

Macmillan Cancer Support, a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of people living with cancer, is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Operations Officer to join its dynamic Corporate Partnerships Department. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based between home and the London office.

In this crucial operations role, you’ll support both the Partnership Management and Business Development teams, collaborating with front-line Supporter Care to deliver impactful and well-coordinated corporate partnerships. You'll serve as the operational backbone of partnership delivery, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, data is properly managed, and reporting drives insight-led decision making.

A key focus will be leading the project management of the Coffee Morning campaign for all corporate partners, supporting the qualification of partnership opportunities, and administering Macmillan’s CRM (The Raiser’s Edge) alongside the Database Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver operational support for the Coffee Morning campaign across all corporate partners

  • Qualify new partnership requests entering the Business Development pipeline

  • Support CRM management and administrative tasks using The Raiser’s Edge

  • Provide reporting tools and performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making

  • Act as the liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate resolution of inquiries

  • Ensure processes are monitored, documented, and optimised for performance tracking


About You:

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and effective at multitasking across departments. You will have:

  • Strong experience using databases (CRM) and reporting software

  • Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve challenges as they arise

  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail
