Operations Support

 

Description:

This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys ownership, and wants to grow into a broader operations or coordination career.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the business

· Manage incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and efficiency

· Maintain accurate data entry, records management, and digital filing systems (OneDrive)

· Coordinate shared calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics

· Take meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure completion

· Manage office supplies and purchasing to support operational continuity

· Support financial administration using Xero (invoicing, reconciliations, reporting support)

· Support workflow tracking and task management using Monday.com

· Prepare reports, analyse data, and identify trends to support informed decisions

· Improve, document, and maintain systems, procedures, and workflows

· Identify opportunities to automate and streamline office and operational processes

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong internal relationships

· Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures
