Optimisation Executive

 

Description:

PHD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Optimisation Executive to join its team, supporting Programmatic, Paid Search, and Paid Social activities for a global brand. This role reports directly to the Account Manager and involves hands-on campaign implementation, digital performance optimisation, and the delivery of measurable client results. The position also requires providing research, reporting, and organizational support to ensure smooth account operations.

The successful candidate will gain in-depth knowledge of programmatic, paid social, and paid search strategies, understand how these channels integrate with broader media activities, and develop skills to respond strategically to client needs while exceeding performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute campaigns across Programmatic, Paid Search, and Social on platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Google, and Bing.

  • Track and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Planners, and clients to achieve business objectives such as ROI, budget efficiency, and traffic growth.

  • Contribute to day-to-day communication between the agency, international offices, and stakeholders.

  • Assist in paid media planning, produce reports, and present results.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proactive self-starter with a keen interest in digital marketing principles.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel.

  • Excellent communication, listening skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

  • Responsive to feedback and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

  • Desired (but not essential): experience with DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or SA360.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Flexible Working:

  • Hybrid model: three days in the office, two days remote.

  • Standard hours: 9:30 – 17:30 with flexibility between 8:30 – 18:30.

  • Core hours: 10:30 – 16:30 for flexible daily start/end times.
