Description:

This role is for a strategic and creative commercial partnerships leader who excels at transforming insight, audience data and platform innovation into high-impact digital partnerships. The Director of Partnerships will drive major deals, lead strategic client relationships, and shape the next era of partnerships within the digital publishing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own, manage, and grow a high-value portfolio of clients and media agencies

• Build senior-level relationships and become a trusted advisor for insight-led digital, social and content-led solutions

• Create, pitch, and win bold partnership ideas backed by data and editorial intelligence

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, social, programmatic, creative, and data teams

• Lead partnership campaigns end-to-end, ensuring delivery excellence, optimisation, and measurable client impact

• Identify new opportunities such as emerging platforms, innovative formats, and new revenue streams

• Mentor junior team members and elevate commercial best practices across the organisation

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in digital media, content partnerships, or commercial leadership

• Proven record of developing and delivering large-scale, high-value partnerships

• Strong understanding of the UK digital advertising landscape and agency ecosystem

• Exceptional storytelling, pitching, and strategic communication skills

• Creative, insight-driven, commercially savvy mindset

• Experience across social, content, programmatic, and data-led digital solutions
