Description:
Are you passionate about unlocking organisational potential and leading meaningful change? We’re looking for a strategic and facilitative Organisational Development Lead to design and deliver high-impact OD initiatives that support Stonegate’s transformation journey and build a stronger, more effective organisation.
This is a fantastic two-year fixed term opportunity to work at the heart of our business transformation — partnering with senior leaders, project teams and the wider L&D function to enable change, drive performance, and create a positive shift in culture and capability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building strong partnerships with leaders to understand transformation priorities, using a performance consulting approach to identify development needs and capability gaps.
- Scoping, designing and facilitating OD interventions that support change – from team development sessions to organisation-wide initiatives.
- Leading and facilitating intact team and cross-functional development, including at senior leadership level, flexing your style to support and challenge effectively.
- Coaching senior leaders to lead change with confidence, inspire their teams and overcome barriers to progress.
- Managing complex, long-term organisational development projects – aligning outcomes, managing stakeholders and overseeing successful delivery.
- Collaborating with the wider L&D team to ensure an aligned, connected learning offer that supports the broader people strategy.
- Tracking and evaluating the impact of interventions, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Representing OD within the L&D plan and engagement strategy, helping promote and embed a learning culture across the business.
- Staying up to date with trends in organisational development, transformation and leadership – and using insight to shape future approaches.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering OD initiatives in a large, multi-site organisation undergoing change (hospitality, retail or similar preferred).
- Strong performance consulting skills with the ability to diagnose issues, scope outcomes and design appropriate interventions.
- Excellent facilitation skills – both virtually and in person – with a strong grasp of team dynamics and leadership development.
- Experience leading organisational development and change programmes with measurable outcomes.
- Skilled in coaching senior leaders, helping them lead effectively through complexity and transformation.
- Able to manage multiple priorities across complex workstreams with strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
- Collaborative, inclusive, and curious – always seeking to learn and improve, and encouraging others to do the same.
- Comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
