BIGDUG, a strong brand of TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Gloucester as Outbound Sales Executive to shape the future of work!
Tasks:
- Identifying and converting new business opportunity through:
- Researching and prospecting new customers
- Liaise with Care & Support* colleagues to deliver rapid and excellent customer service
- Registering enquiries, qualifying opportunities, quoting customers and following-up enquires
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Working with colleagues to up-sell and cross-sell across the BigDUG portfolio
- Re-engage lapsing or lapsed accounts
Profile:
- Competitive and results-oriented with excellent communication skills, via phone email and Teams
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, for example in:
- Maintenance of customer contacts and following-up opportunity
- Meeting quote deadlines
- Able to work under own initiative or part of a team and to tight deadlines
- Thorough attention to detail
- Flexibility and openness to change
- Ability to take initiative
- Experience of Industrial Materials Handling industry desirable, but not essential
