Outside Sales Representative

 

Description:

As an External Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing accounts in the non-mechanical hire sector across the Reading. You will be primarily selling into the construction sector, targeting main and subcontractors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to grow revenue and market share in the non-mechanical hire sector.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Managing and growing existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with our technical team to develop customized solutions for our clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • On the road 4 days a week visiting customers and job sites.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • preferably experience in the non-mechanical hire sector or general hire.
  • Driven & Motivated to succeed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability.
