Overseas Operations Development

Reporting to the General Manager – Overseas Operations, the Overseas Operations Development & Delivery Manager is responsible for driving and delivering innovation within the Overseas Operations team through engaging with stakeholders to deliver improvements to, or simplify, current processes and the implementation of new initiatives. This vital role ensures that simplification, data, and automation of processes are at the heart of everything we do, to enable us to deliver industry-leading customer service.

The Overseas Operations Development & Delivery Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of projects into Business as usual (BAU), delivering long term sustainability. You will own the department project register, project plans and project documentation and be accountable for ensuring consistent ways of working and operational updates to Senior stakeholders. Managing a team of development and senior support colleagues, you will work cross-functionally with other departments on projects involving Overseas Operations, ensuring objectives align with the departmental vision, as well as facilitating regular engagement sessions with key stakeholders to understand areas for further improvement and current successes.

The successful candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent attention to detail. You will be able to confidently embed new products, processes, and policy amongst a large workforce. You will also be self-motivated, organised and pro-active, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. People skills are a must as you will be influencing at the highest level across the business, both internal and external across Europe.
