Description:

Assystem Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a P3M Specialist to join its team on a 6-month contract in Derby. The role involves providing expert project control services to support business teams executing complex projects within the energy sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Act as a local authority on project controls, ensuring best practices.
✔ Lead delivery of functional strategy in Project Controls.
✔ Identify causes of poor business performance and implement improvement projects.
✔ Develop and execute capability improvement plans in Project Controls.
✔ Mentor and provide expert guidance to teams on project control methodologies.
✔ Ensure cross-functional integration with engineering, supply chain, and planning teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

✅ Degree-level qualification or equivalent industry experience (1-3 years).
✅ APM Project Management Qualification or equivalent knowledge.
✅ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Exposure to project management processes and integration.
✅ Data analytics experience is a plus.

Security Clearance Requirement:

🔒 SC Clearance Required (must be a UK national or approved dual national).
