Paid Media Manager

Description:

ADLIB Recruitment is partnering with a purpose-driven, multi-award-winning digital marketing agency to hire a Paid Media Manager/Consultant. This hybrid role offers flexible working with one day per week onsite at the Brighton office and the remainder remote.

You will manage a portfolio of 5 to 7 client accounts, running and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns, especially on Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on campaign management to meet client goals.

Working under the Head of Media, you will collaborate with channel specialists, creatives, analysts, and other experts to deliver integrated, data-driven campaigns. Key responsibilities include campaign planning, budget oversight, reporting, client communication, and performance forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Oversee campaign planning, budget management, and performance optimisation

• Maintain strong client relationships through reporting, calls, and strategic advice

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns

• Use data insights and tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) for performance forecasting and reporting

• Mentor junior team members and stay updated on industry trends

• Align media strategies with client business outcomes and growth initiatives
