Paid Search Manager

 

Description:

OMD is seeking a Paid Search Manager to take the lead across three major client accounts, with a primary focus on delivering outstanding paid search performance across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Executive Director for SC Johnson, the role demands proactive, strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to search engine marketing.

This position is instrumental in shaping and executing best-in-class Paid Search strategies, aligned with the clients’ business goals and performance priorities, spanning branding, eCommerce, and conversion-driven campaigns.

You will act as a key strategic partner to both clients and internal teams, coordinating efforts across the broader performance media group and helping build integrated, impactful media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Paid Search strategy and execution across multiple high-profile accounts in EMEA.

  • Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns that support branding, performance, and eCommerce goals.

  • Collaborate with internal client teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and timelines.

  • Define efficient processes and ways of working within the Paid Search domain.

  • Act as a thought leader within the performance team, offering guidance and cross-channel alignment.

  • Be a problem-solver who brings insights and solutions to deliver exceptional client service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Deep expertise in paid search strategy and campaign management, ideally in an agency setting.

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

  • Experience working on international/multi-market campaigns is highly desirable.

  • A highly analytical mindset and proficiency in digital marketing platforms.

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and balance workload in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
