Paid Social, Account Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager to oversee one or more clients. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full funnel campaigns across Social Media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn.

 

You will act as an expert on all things Paid Social for both our clients and planning teams. They will also oversee the daily delivery and optimisation of campaigns, as well as support Account Executives.

 

This role is ideal for the candidate to join an award-winning team and learn from a wide range of clients, industries and digital disciplines, which are of central importance to today’s advertising and media industry.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being a source of expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and LinkedIn) – for the wider business and our clients
  • Develop an understanding of the various digital media channels (Display, eRetail, Pais Search) and the role of Paid Social.
  • Working with the Paid Social Account Director to plan campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Support and training an Account Executive in the UK and India ensuring that high standards of work are delivered.
  • Ensure the team runs best in class Paid Social campaigns that align with creative and platform best practice.
  • Have a good understanding of platform updates and ensure your client is updated on changes that effect strategies or on-site tracking.
  • Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly implemented in Paid Social Platforms.
  • Measure and analyse early post launch campaign activities and resolve delivery and performance problems related to set up and technical issues. Ability to oversee the execution of planned campaigns to ensure the highest standards are in line with set objectives
  • Ongoing optimisation multi-channel campaigns to ensure client goals are met
  • Liaise with the agency account leads and clients directly to discuss current campaign optimisation plans and recommendations.
  • Work with the Assoicate Director and Account Director to build Paid Social testing framework that delivers performance impact.
  • Ability to effectively explain reason behind performance changes and recommend course of actions for key stakeholders

 

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in digital media account management and presenting to clients.
  • Experience in analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights.
  • Has worked with 3rd party tech partners across the Paid Social landscape such as Smartly, Sprinklr, IAS, Zefr and Double verify.
  • A good understanding of using Meta Business Manager and at least two other Social Advertising Platforms.
  • Familiarity with creative testing and media formats.
  • Excellent client service approach and ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Any advertising agency, ad network or publisher experience preferred.
  • MS Office fluency, including Excel pivot tables & chart making.
