About You
Have experience in paid social management, focusing on owning and shaping the direction of the channel.
You are working within a D2C/ B2C start-up or scale-up brand or within an Independent Agency and can show your experience in scaling start-up/ scale-up D2C brands. This means being able to show how you have scaled their spend and revenue with clear examples.

You are confident in managing campaign setup, budget allocation, and daily optimization across META and TikTok at least
Feel comfortable in leading the planning and execution of the strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching goals, and building a structured testing roadmap
Excited to collaborate with data and creative teams, as well as managing relationships with partners and platforms
The candidate should have a strong understanding of data metrics, performance analysis, and forecasting, along with a curious and innovative mindset
You have hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for candidates who have worked in smaller teams or scale-up companies or brands,
You are able to articulate projects you have owned and results you have driven – illustrating examples where you have scaled paid social and taken the channel to new heights.
You may come from a senior paid social executive or senior digital marketing background who is looking to step up, but they need to demonstrate strategic thinking, ownership and deliver measurable impact.
