Experience:

-Design a scalable solution for integrating the ticketing tool (service now) data source within the new framework and provide a solution design document.

-Designing the integration of cyberark PAM capabilities into the mainframe environment and creating architectural plans for the implementation

-Tasks performed include integrating hardware, software, and network solutions, developing plans for solution delivery, which may include engagement with vendors and subcontractors.

-Provide feedback, participate in product evaluations, and collaborate with vendors on troubleshooting and resolving issues.

-Define and enforce security controls, ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, conduct security assessments, and maintain documentation and reporting of mainframe security measures.

-Responsible for the solution construction, implementation and systems integration, delivering high quality solutions.

-Design a scalable solution for integrating the ticketing tool (service now)data source within the new framework and provide a solution design document.

-Understands and applies knowledge of information technology and associated tools and services across several platforms, processes and architectures.

-Performs a technical role in support of the solution construction, implementation and system integration.

-Identifies risks associated with design and technical decisions, develop alternate solutions and mitigation plans
