No two days will be the same. You'll be involved in everything from lease reviews and title investigations to legal research, contract drafting and supporting the business on emerging legislative and regulatory developments.

What You'll Be Doing
 

• Managing a caseload of property, real estate and commercial contract matters.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, leases and title reports.
• Supporting property transactions, title investigations and housing-related matters.
• Conducting legal research and providing updates on legislative and regulatory changes.
• Working with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to deliver practical legal support.
• Maintaining legal records, documents and contract databases.
• Supporting governance, compliance activities, legal enquiries and business projects.
