The Educator role is the foundation of lululemon’s retail success. Educators are responsible for creating exceptional guest (customer) experiences, engaging authentically with guests, sharing detailed product education, and representing the company’s community-driven culture. Guest Experience
Interact with guests to deliver a world-class in-store experience that values their time.
Assess guest needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide in-depth technical product education.
Facilitate seamless transactions and support omnichannel services such as buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and ship-from-store.
Dynamically move across the salesfloor to engage with guests and address store needs.
Partner with leadership to resolve guest feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
Working with Others
Contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and supportive team environment.
Build positive relationships with colleagues and collaborate to ensure optimal guest service.
Operations
Support store operations by replenishing, organizing, and presenting merchandise.
Use in-store technology to enhance operations and customer experiences.
Perform cleaning and upkeep tasks to maintain lululemon’s premium in-store environment.

Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the UK.

Willingness to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg), and work in an environment with bright lights and music.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred but not required.
