Rowland Hill Nursery School & Children’s Centre, an Ofsted Outstanding nursery, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Key Person to join its team. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic early years educator who is committed to delivering high-quality education and care while fostering an inclusive and creative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide outstanding early years education with a focus on high-quality care and learning experiences.
✔ Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where all children can flourish.
✔ Develop and implement creative and engaging learning activities.
✔ Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the local community.
✔ Maintain a commitment to continuous professional development.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
✔ Passionate about early years learning and child development.
✔ Ability to maintain high standards of care and provide a nurturing environment.
✔ Experience in inclusive educational practices and interventions.
✔ Creative, motivated, and committed to making a difference in the community.
