Part Time Secretary

 

Description:

Barker Associates is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary property consultancy offering services such as Architecture and Design, Project Management, Surveying, Engineering, and Energy and Sustainability. They are currently looking for a pro-active individual for a Part-Time Secretary position at their Birmingham office. This position supports the Surveying and MEP teams on various projects across the UK.

The role involves managing diaries, greeting visitors, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. The secretary will assist the Surveying and MEP teams with tasks such as invoicing, reports, and surveys, and work closely with the Executive Assistant. Additional responsibilities include liaising with building management, handling inquiries, and organizing internal meetings and events.

The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Office 365. Experience with PIM (Property Information Management) is desirable but not essential. This part-time role offers flexibility, with hours totalling up to 18 hours per week.
