This role requires an incredibly well organised individual who has experience of dealing with a large volume senior stakeholders and candidates.

About the role:

This is a key role supporting the recruitment and integration of lateral partners and counsel across their international network. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will manage and coordinate multiple recruitment processes from initial introduction through interview and onward, working closely with senior stakeholders, your manager and colleagues across the business.

You will play an important role in ensuring that every stage of the recruitment process is handled efficiently, professionally and with a strong focus on candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage candidate communications: Act as a key point of contact for lateral partner and counsel candidates, coordinating interviews, schedules, logistics and process updates while providing a responsive and professional candidate experience.
  • Coordinate candidate submissions: Manage the end-to-end administration of candidate submissions and introductions, whether received directly or via external search and recruitment partners, ensuring information is complete, accurate and appropriately recorded.
  • Prepare recruitment materials: Develop and coordinate interview materials, briefing documents and relevant due-diligence information for senior stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintain accurate records: Keep recruitment systems, candidate records and documentation up to date throughout each search, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and managed consistently.
  • Support the wider team: Contribute to effective team processes and ways of working, sharing knowledge and providing guidance and support to colleagues at Specialist and Assistant level where appropriate.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve coordination and enhance the experience of candidates and internal stakeholders.

You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and takes pride in bringing structure and momentum to complex processes.

You will ideally bring:

  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with senior stakeholders and candidates.
