Partner Sales Manager

 

Description:

Forcepoint, a global leader in cybersecurity solutions with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to manage, educate, and expand strategic partner relationships in alignment with corporate sales objectives. The role reports to the Leader of EMEA Channel Sales and works closely with Sales VPs and Regional Sales Directors/Managers to drive channel sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Forcepoint objectives

  • Provide sales and technical enablement for strategic partners

  • Create and execute regional account plans and Partner SE enablement plans

  • Ensure partners meet tier requirements in the Forcepoint Channel Partner Program

  • Act as liaison between partners and Forcepoint sales teams for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts

  • Deliver value propositions and key messaging to the partner community

  • Meet or exceed quotas for strategic partners

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Forcepoint products, competitive technologies, and industry trends

  • Review, monitor, and report on deal registrations

  • Communicate product launches and promotions

  • Execute marketing programs with support from field marketing

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Forcepoint resources and maintain overall relationship management

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 4+ years B2B partner sales experience in a high-tech software environment

  • Knowledge of software sales or web infrastructure security products

  • Strong presentation, communication, and time management skills

  • Proven ability to close business while achieving high partner satisfaction
