Description:

The Executives in Sport Group is hiring on behalf of a leading sports property based in London for the position of Partnership Insights Manager. This role is an integral part of the commercial team, focusing on leveraging audience insights and data analytics to inform strategic commercial decisions and support partnership development and growth.

As a Partnership Insights Manager, you will provide deep analytical support to enhance internal decision-making and partnership conversations. You will work collaboratively with multiple departments including content, marketing, sales, data, and design teams to develop innovative, insight-driven commercial solutions. A key responsibility will be to model the potential impact of new partnerships and to ensure alignment with industry regulations (UEFA, FA, Premier League).

The successful candidate will have strong analytical expertise, particularly in audience behavior and partnership impact modeling, with experience in using AI and data tools to generate valuable commercial insights. You must be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and familiar with how brands activate through sports and entertainment platforms to reach target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on audience insights and partnership data

  • Support commercial teams with insight-driven strategies for partnership discussions

  • Develop predictive models for partnership performance based on historical and projected data

  • Ensure commercial strategies and brand activations comply with UEFA/FA/PL regulations

  • Collaborate across departments including design, content, data, and marketing to align on partnership goals

  • Advise on content rights, brand activation, and compliance with contractual obligations

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven background in audience insights and commercial data analysis

  • Experience with AI/data tools for marketing or partnership evaluation

  • In-depth understanding of brand needs and partnership marketing strategies

  • Knowledge of sports, entertainment, and music industries and how they intersect with brand marketing

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude

  • Familiarity with commercial compliance in sports (UEFA, FA, PL rules and activations)
