We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:

  • Work with the Marketing Director to set the marketing strategy, objectives and measures of success, and set out the budget needed to deliver on paid opportunities for our RMN partner brands.
  • Research and analyse competitors (and the market) regularly to ensure we’re benchmarking our own activity against a) what’s topical and b) what good looks like.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of all channel activity for our RMN brands, reviewing performance against objectives regularly.
  • Write and deliver content for use in press, our blogs, and both paid and organic social media plans (predominantly LinkedIn) leveraging teams around the business (and within our partner brands) to co-create with you.
  • Launch brand new LinkedIn channels for our RMN partners and deliver on our go to market strategy.
  • Carve out space to tell our RMN brand stories on the new SMG website.
  • Brief the studio for all digital assets needed, ensuring everything that’s delivered for use is on brand. Manage the design and production of promotional materials beyond digital where needed.
  • Own our RMN calendar of webinars & blog uploads co-creating with reps from our RMN brands where possible. Build a vodcast calendar and deliver on the agreed
schedule. Timestamp video footage from vodcast interviews to create promotional trailers.
  • Create a calendar of written thought leadership that’s genuinely valuable and disruptive in the market. Oversee our RMN partners attendance at events, such as trade shows and conferences: organize calendar of attendance incl. ticket booking and post promotional activity (event write ups).
  • Oversee our awards calendar, identify “award worthy” campaigns and match-fit categories we can enter. Manage the entry process ensuring deadlines and brief
    requirements are met.
  • Support the Marketing Director with PR plans, highlighting the best of newsworthy stories from our RMN partners, collecting key quotes and storytelling (copywriting) SMG Job Description where needed.
