We are seeking a talented Patent Attorney with a background in engineering and physics to join the dynamic team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a collaborative and innovative environment. You will be responsible for working with some of the firm’s leading clients on matters in the UK, Europe, US and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and prosecute patent applications in the fields of engineering and physics.

Provide strategic advice and IP counseling to a diverse client base.

Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.

Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and projects.

Qualifications:

Qualified Patent Attorney with 5+ PQE (EPA, CPA, or equivalent).

Strong technical background in engineering, physics, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
