Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing monthly payroll and uploading timesheet/commission data.
• Resolve payroll and benefits-related issues for employees.
• Upload payroll files from PeopleSource into iTrent and monitor daily interface data.
• Act as the main contact for queries with the outsourced payroll provider.
• Support enrolment, modification, and termination of employee benefits programs.
• Communicate with employees about benefits and eligibility.
• Assist with annual testing, reconciliations, and auto-enrolment processes.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of HMRC legislation (Essential)
• Experience with iTrent, Darwin/Mercer, SAP SuccessFactors (Desirable)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to employees
