How You'll Make An Impact
- Coordinate a diverse portfolio of occupational pension schemes, including DB, DC, and Hybrid pensions, with precision and efficiency.
- Manage the full pension lifecycle, performing both automated and manual calculations.
- Draft correspondence and reports, run pensioner payrolls, and support the Client Executive team.
- Provide exceptional service to scheme members, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with scheme members through various channels, addressing queries and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and build positive relationships with supporting teams.
- Assist the Team Leader as needed, contributing to a cohesive and productive work environment.
About You
- Experience in pension scheme administration is advantageous.
- Willingness to study or currently studying towards the Pension Management Institute’s CPC qualification.
- Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to process, collect, and input data accurately.
- Excellent prioritization skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements.
- Outstanding communication skills for engaging with clients via telephone, letter, and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a team-oriented approach.
