JGA are supporting a leading financial services provider in the search for a Pensions Payroll Compliance & Governance SME during a vital payroll & HR systems implementation. The role will ensure that the business pension customers and compliance considerations are not impacted during this time.

 

Skills & Experience;

 

  • Pensions Payroll experience and understands all aspects of the process from a legislation and compliance (governance) perspective.
  • This is a governance and compliance product owner position working alongside an Ops PO and a Systems PO – essentially the three roles ensure the very high-volume pensioner’s payroll is managed effectively and compliantly.
  • Responsible for ensuring all the payroll teams and managers are “doing the right things”.
  • Able to identify errors and bring these to the surface for investigative work or to undertake corrective action so the department is 100% transparent.
  • Strong high-volume Pensions Payroll analytical experience.
  • Ideally with a background within professional services.
  • Experienced in financial reporting to HMRC/FCA.
