We are looking for a dedicated Performance Coach & Designated Safeguarding Officer to join our team at Matthew Boulton College. This role offers the chance to make a difference, contributing to our students' well-being and academic achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
• Act as a designated safeguarding officer, ensuring the safety and welfare of all students.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including students and parents who speak a range of languages.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous, particularly Farsi or other community languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
