Performance Marketing Executive

3Search is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing digital agency known for delivering high-performance marketing strategies to major ecommerce retailers. This company combines innovation, data-driven insights, and collaborative teamwork to accelerate digital growth. The Performance Marketing Executive (Digital Growth Associate Manager) will play a key role in driving results and ensuring excellent service across multiple retail client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for 3–5 client accounts

• Collaborate with internal managers and directors to ensure alignment with broader strategy

• Lead weekly performance insights and monthly reporting with analysis and recommendations

• Support quarterly business reviews through data analysis and presentation development

• Monitor ecommerce trends and proactively suggest innovations to clients

• Coordinate between clients and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

• Prior work in ecommerce/retail or within a digital/marketing agency is highly desirable

• Proficient in platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar

• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships

• Commercial awareness with a data-first mindset
