Description:

We are currently working with a global organiser of trade shows and conferences across different sectors. The brand focuses on live events and provides a platform for buyers and branded manufacturers, start-ups, tech companies, investors, media and analysts to learn, network, collaborate and evolve.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive data acquisition, engagement, and retention. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and more.
  • Analyse performance marketing data and results, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement. Track, report on, and optimise performance marketing ROI.
  • Monitor budget allocations and make recommendations to help drive performance.
  • Stay up to date with changes and opportunities across key media platforms.
  • Mentor and develop members of the performance marketing team. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Ideal Experience:

  • Hands-on experience creating digital marketing campaigns, either in-house or agency side Experience in stakeholder (internal and external) management.
  • Results-focused, able to clearly demonstrate success via proven metrics.
  • Budget management
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise across multiple projects and departments.
