Description:

We are looking for a professional and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide direct support to executive management. The role requires flexibility, confidentiality, and the ability to represent the company with confidence at both local and international levels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

* Support in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.

* Attend meetings (local and abroad) and represent management when required.

* Coordinate communication across teams and external stakeholders.

* Handle tasks at short notice with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.

 

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

* Fluent in English and Arabic.

* Highly presentable and professional.

* Flexible with working hours and available for international travel.

* Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
