Your Social Currency is a fast-growing personal brand content agency partnering with top founders, creators, and industry leaders to produce world-class content that drives influence and opportunity. As a Personal Brand Manager, you will be hands-on in building and scaling client brands through content creation, strategy, and execution.

You will manage multiple client accounts, lead content calendars, write scripts and captions, direct on-camera talent, and analyze performance data. Your work will revolve around short-form video content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more. This role is both creative and operational — demanding strategic thinking, creative ideation, and an ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Research: Deep dive into client niches, find viral content formats, and build frameworks to sustain growth.

  • Creative Planning & Pre-Production: Lead content planning, develop shot lists, locations, and write compelling prompts and concepts.

  • Writing & Messaging: Write short-form video scripts, engaging captions, Instagram carousels, and long-form posts aligned with client voices.

  • Content Mining & Clipping: Spot viral moments in long-form content for repurposing and amplification.

  • Execution & Management: Own and manage the content calendar, schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms, and ensure a steady content pipeline.

  • Client & Team Communication: Act as client liaison, give clear creative briefs and feedback, direct shoots confidently, and maintain quality and deadlines.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Passionate about personal brands, storytelling, and viral content.

  • Proficient in TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.

  • Comfortable leading client calls and prompting on-camera talent.

  • Skilled multitasker managing multiple client accounts.

  • Strong creative thinker and ruthless executor.

  • Excellent writing skills adaptable to different tones.

  • Detail-oriented but pragmatic; thrives in a fast-moving environment.

  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut) and design/layout experience (Canva, Figma).

  • Experience working with creators, founders, or executives.

  • Data-savvy with an eye for content performance and optimization.
