Description:
Lyra Health, a leader in transforming mental health care with a blend of technology and human expertise, is seeking a Network Strategy and Planning Associate to join its international operations team. Lyra partners with top global companies to provide high-quality mental health services to over 20 million people worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the long-term growth strategy of Lyra’s global provider network while working cross-functionally to develop business cases and implement strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will be highly analytical, adept at working with complex datasets, and able to drive projects from concept to completion. The role involves close collaboration with clinical, product, and sales teams, as well as operational units, to develop strategies that expand Lyra’s mental health care network and improve access to quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop business cases for new products or services, collaborating with key teams to gather and analyse data.
Support the co-design of Lyra’s network growth strategy with stakeholders.
Provide project management support for strategic initiatives, including tracking progress and managing timelines.
Analyse complex, multi-variable datasets to generate actionable insights for network development and partnerships.
Identify and help mitigate operational risks in partnership with operations teams.
Ensure effective communication and progress tracking across cross-functional teams.
Candidate Profile:
1–3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy & planning, preferably within healthcare.
MBA, MHA, MPH desirable but not essential.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Enthusiastic about contributing to a mission-driven company focused on mental health care.
