Platform Engineer

Description:

My client is a dynamic global quant fund that is building cutting-edge systems from a beautiful London skyscraper. In this position, you will develop, implement and manage Window systems across on-premises environments and the cloud, enhance performance and oversee the monitoring of the global virtualising infrastructure and administer and maintain all virtual desktop systems. (A full and detailed job spec is available)

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience -

• 1-5 years of experience in a Windows environment
• Solid PowerShell and Python scripting
• Strong experience with configuration management tools
• High level knowledge of infrastructure as code concepts
• A personality and genuine passion in technology!
• (Nice to have) Computer Science Degree
