Description:
MBNL, jointly owned by EE and Three, is seeking a PMO Support - Digital Transformation professional to support its Digital Transformation team. This role focuses on aligning, tracking, and managing transformation initiatives, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and value for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio & PI Management:
- Collaborate with MBNL and shareholder stakeholders to align Programme Increment (PI) priorities
- Maintain and track status of PIs to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage factory demand requirements, ensuring alignment with resource capacity

Project & Backlog Management:
- Ensure business requirements meet Agile delivery process standards
- Act as the central point of contact for PI backlog items and inflight delivery
- Produce tracking reports and governance insights

Stakeholder Communication & Process Improvement:
- Partner with MBNL and shareholder businesses for transparent prioritization and tracking
- Continuously improve tracking and reporting mechanisms for enhanced delivery transparency
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in portfolio/PMO support within a digital transformation environment
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Knowledge of demand and backlog management
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
