Po Administrator

This role is responsible for the Finance Administration processes of Infill works nationally, ensuring that we clearly coordinate all finance administration related activity across our internal platforms to effectively meet growth ambitions.

What will you be doing?

 

  • Coordinate the workflow of finance administration activity - management of Project Codes and Purchase Order requests
  • Progression of all PO requests for both planning and build activity
  • Act as a main point of contact for information and updates on the status of finance approvals and requests
  • Work with internal teams to Interrogate and populate when required all of our internal systems including Fulcrum, Oracle & Internal spread sheets/trackers
  • Track and update appropriate systems ensuring up to date notes are available at all times.
  • Develop an understanding of different workstreams
  • Effective management of team KPI's to ensure successful delivery on behalf of the customer

  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to work with large volumes and different stakeholder groups
  • Have strong organisation skills, and the ability to effectively prioritise your workload
  • Able to develop, establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Good IT skills, including good level of knowledge with Microsoft Excel
