Working in close collaboration with partners from various teams across the company to create a prioritised backlog of business goals to be achieved by your team.
 

  • Processing and tracking objectives and key results
  • critical metric Management
     

Supporting and manage
 

  • Team risks, assumptions, issues, and dependency registers.
  • Reporting based on the team roadmap.
  • People Engagement Plans – Planning & Organising
  • Minutes for Governance relating meetings inc tracking actions (Delivery Forum, RAIDS, SLT Meetings, leadership Team Meetings)
  • Co-ordinating & Arranging Monthly Team Updates
  • Supporting the team and ensuring Jira Governance is adhered to
  • Business Management Support – Budget tracking, Travel Plans, Organising and co-ordinating the team wide gatherings, co-ordinating content required.
  • Supporting and co-ordinating the wider team Comms Strategy
  • Manage and maintain capacity planning across the roadmap.
  • Prepare and maintain regular presentations as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Programme manager.

Desirable Skills
 

  • Proven experience within a large product organisation in a complex company.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, ideally within the online gaming industry.
  • An understanding of online poker products.
  • Strong familiarity with a broad range of portfolio management tools, methodologies, and standard processes.
  • A good understanding of Agile ways-of-working, ideally after holding a role within an Agile project.
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining a complex roadmap, including data-based progress from development teams.
